Platform subscription
Your monthly or yearly plan unlocks features and limits — numbers, agents, campaigns, flows, AI and knowledge base. Pay monthly, or yearly for a discount.
Prepaid message wallet
Top up your wallet and pay Meta's real per-conversation rate, which varies by the recipient's country and the message category (marketing, utility, authentication).
No charge for failures
We capture the actual cost only when Meta confirms a billable delivery. Failed or undelivered messages cost you nothing, and unused campaign reservations are released.
Common pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Plans that include a trial let you explore the platform before you pay. You'll still need a small wallet top-up to send live WhatsApp messages, since those charges are Meta's, not ours.
Do you charge per agent?
No hidden per-seat tax. The number of agents you can add is set by your plan's limit, shown on each plan above.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how prorations and refunds are handled.
What are Meta's per-message charges?
Since Meta moved to per-message pricing, each delivered template message is billed by the recipient's country and the message category. NaWaBiz passes these through transparently and shows you the estimated cost before every campaign.
